With over 17 years of experience in advertising and broadcast post-production, I have a thorough understanding of what it takes to get a concept on the air. I’ve worked with directors, design firms, advertising agencies, post houses and broadcast networks. I really enjoy collaborating with clients and creative teams and often work directly with graphic departments and writer/producers to bring client’s projects to the next level. My project management skills come in handy on large projects and campaigns and I often incorporate graphics and sound effects into my first cuts so that clients are blown away from day one.

As a freelance editor, I often travel to different locations and I’m hired for different needs. One project might be technical, pulling from various elements with different compressions, frame rates and 3D graphics. Another might be extremely creative, relying on a small amount of footage to create a much larger piece. And of course, there’s always the 20 spot or 12-episode-package where I’m working with a team of other editors/designers to push out creative content on a tight schedule, on time and on budget.

With hundreds of video formats, shrinking budgets, camera choices, lenses and frame rates to choose from, you’ve got enough to worry about. You don’t want just a “button pusher”. You want someone who can show up prepared and partner with you to take your project to the finish line.
